Keep Walking... Your Heart Will Catch Up is the tale of modern-day pilgrimage of self discovery, healing and renewal. Newly widowed and looking for direction for her life, Cathay decided to hike the Camino de Santiago (Way of St. James), the 483-mile trail across northern Spain.
