Sixteen South Mountain Community College students and three staff members are gearing up for an exciting journey to Chicago to attend the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute (USHLI) Conference, from Feb 13-16! For many, this will be their first time visiting the city, and they will proudly represent MCCCD at this premier leadership event. Thanks to the support of Arizona State University and MCCCD Black Launchpad, these students will have the opportunity to learn, network, and develop valuable skills. Wishing them safe travels and an incredible experience in the chilly, possibly snowy Midwest!
