Kenneth Guerrero

Kenneth Guerrero is a high-caliber leader with more than 20 years of experience in higher education management and mentoring of operations teams.

Earning his Bachelor’s and Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Ken has a desire to complete his PH.D. in Business Management. He served in the armed forces three times and was honorably discharged as a Captain from the U.S Army Reserves in 2007. His accomplishments include starting his own business which required a capital raise of $5 million dollars. Ken was a co-founder of a for-profit two-college system in the allied health sector. Ken was a founding member of the accounting management team launching the 20th California State University in San Marcos California. Ken also served as an ad hoc education committee member for the State of Hawaii. Ken has a successful history of building and driving assertive goals at both start-up and Fortune 500 companies. His executive experience covers a broad scope of educational accomplishments, influencing strategic and administrative agility in the areas of academics, community development, risk management, financial management, fiscal acuity, process re-engineering, collaborative leadership and implementing innovative partnerships and programs to build and sustain a competitive advantage.

Ken currently serves as the Campus President of UEI College located in Phoenix Arizona which offers high demand programs in trades and allied health. Ken has previously held leadership roles as Campus President of San Joaquin Valley College and Institutional President of Argosy University, Pacific Region with campuses in Hawaii, American Samoa and Guam.  He is passionate about volunteering in the community, public speaking and educational endeavors that encourage students to pursue their educational dreams. He believes in disrupting the cycle of poverty by providing opportunities to individuals regardless of their socio-economic background.

Dr. Beverli Marshall most recently served as City Manager for the City of Glenwood Springs, CO. Prior to serving as City Manager, Beverli was General Manager at Valley Sanitary District, General Manager at Sewer Authority Mid-Coastside, Business Services Manager at West County Wastewater District, Director of Administrative Services at the City of Orinda, held various positions with the City of Berkeley including Finance Manager of the Berkeley Public Library, Chief Executive Officer of the Berkeley Housing Authority, and Senior Management Analyst of Parks, Recreation and Waterfront, and was Director of Housing at at San Francisco Housing Authority.

Beverli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, a Master of Public Administration from University of Alaska, and Doctor of Business Administration from Alliant International University.

Cecilia "Ceci" Villa is an accomplished leader currently served as the Interim Associate Vice President of Administrative Services at GateWay Community College. With a focus on budgeting, fiscal management, contract oversight, student business services, and human resources, Ceci brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role.

Recognized for her creativity, collaboration, and servant leadership approach, Ceci excels in identifying and leveraging the strengths of her team members. She derives great satisfaction from assembling and mobilizing talent to foster teamwork and drive toward the common goal of student success. Her ability to develop and communicate strategic visions, coupled with her knack for practical implementation, consistently yields tangible results.

Having dedicated herself to finance and operational management within the Maricopa Community College District, Ceci's passion lies in the realm of community college education. She is deeply committed to assisting first-generation students, those facing financial constraints, and contributing to workforce development initiatives.

A native of Arizona, Ceci holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix and a master's degree in educational leadership from Northern Arizona University. Beyond her professional pursuits, Ceci finds joy in spending quality time with her family, including her daughter, son, daughter-in-law, granddaughter and extended relatives. An avid supporter of athletics, she can often be found at softball or baseball fields, attending sporting events, or exploring various destinations across the country.

With her blend of strategic vision, operational acumen, and dedication to student success, Ceci Villa is a valuable asset to any educational institution or organization committed to making a meaningful impact in the community college sphere.
