The Onboarding team has put together a suite of resources to support Human Resources, New Employees, and Managers. The resources include:

• Onboarding Admin Tile Resources:
  • Onboarding Administration Training Guide - This document provides detailed instruction for all menu items in the Onboarding Administration tile.
  • Onboarding Event Tracking Dashboard and Onboarding Status QRG - This document provides the click by click directions for Onboarding Event Tracking and Onboarding Status in the Onboarding Administration tile. For detailed instructions see the Onboarding Administration Training Guide.
  • Employee documents Video - This is currently just for Adjunct Faculty to confirm that the employee has completed the Acknowledgement.
  • Event Tracking Dashboard Video - This is where HR can confirm the Welcome Email Template and the Onboarding Tile Template.
